Aiden is a character I didn't really remember anything about, so I had to look him up on The Originals Wiki. There isn't much about him, since he was only on the show for a short time, but I wanted to include him here.
Aiden was one of the bayou werewolves. Not much was said about his life before his first came onto the show, but he was always great friends with Jackson Kenner. He came out as gay when he was a teenager, and the first person he told was Jackson. Jackson was the kind of person that it didn't matter to whether or not Aiden was gay, so the two always stayed friends.
Though he was only on the show for a short time, Aiden was important in a way. He was one half of the first same-sex couple to appear in the fandom, on either The Vampire Diaries and The Originals (Josh being the other half).
Aiden was killed off in one of the last few episodes of season two of The Originals. He and Josh were planning to secretly leave New Orleans together, but before they could Aiden was murdered by Dahlia, who made it seem like Klaus Mikaelson was the murderer as a part of one of her plans. His funeral was sad to watch, and it took a long time for Josh to move on.
Are there any Aiden fics? I've seen Aiden included in a couple of gif imagine books for TO, but other than that I don't think anyone really writes about him.
