I walk back into my house, hoping to not wake anyone up.

"Alici, is that you?" i hear my mom go down the stairs.

"yes mommy, i came home early because Sylvia got sick and i didn't want to bother her." i replied. "we also don't get school today. they're resetting the fire alarms from yesterday."

"alright that's fine, i'll be working late today and your father went out for a business trip." she said, smiling.

"oh, that's fine." i smile back, walking back upstairs.

my parents were always gone on business trips or working late. that's how we get the nice things we have.

i walk into my room, setting my backpack down and getting into the shower.

as i rinsed my body off, i heard multiple
beeps coming from my phone on the sink.

i continue and finally get out checking my phone.

unknown - hey.

unknown - it's johnson.

unknown - i got your number while you fell asleep.

unknown - romantic right?

unknown - so, i thought we could get together sometime.

unknown - heyy?

unknown - omg what if i got the wrong number.

Alici - lmao, hey Johnson. :)

Alici - hah, well, i'm totally down to hang out.

i roll my eyes playfully at my phone.

Johnson 💛 - goodbye my forbidden love. 😭😂

i place my phone down and get into pajamas.

i'm staying home. may as well.

i plop onto my bed and rest my eyes.

i run up to my room, already knowing that my mom was at work.

i jump on the bed.

that was so badass.

i'm glad i came back to cali.

-one hour later-

after i've roamed my phone for an hour, i decide to shower.

i pick out some shorts, a baggy shirt and my personal items. (A/N: ya nasteh.)

i step into the shower, first washing my hair and then washing my body, then finally i shave.
