Finally prom day. We get out early today so that's also exciting.
I rush up, racing downstairs to turn on música and made breakfast.
"You're in a good mood." Nate says, entering the kitchen.
"yeah." I snort, "how'd you get in?"
"your mom let me in." he responds, biting into an apple he found in the fridge.
i simply nod and blend a smoothie.

"im so excited." Alici squeals. "I almost threw up this morning!"
Johnson jumps.
"Oh my g-od. Are you pregnant?" He starts to freak out.
Alici laughs, "no, you moron."
he sighs and calms back down.
"I honestly don't know if I could have a child man." Gilinsky shook his head.
"We know." Xandra starts, "remember when I handed you the kid I was babysitting?"
"I started freaking out cause i thought he was shitting." G defends.
"I had just changed his diaper!" Xandra retorts.
I laugh at the thought of Gilinsky freaking out because of a child.
"Having children one day wouldn't be so bad." Derek shrugs, wrapping his arms around Diara.
"Yeah." She smiles.
"ugh. gross." I groan. "Think about that when you're out of high school."
"True." Nate says.
The bell rings, signaling students to head to their next period.
"bye princess." Nate kisses my forehead and heads off.
"Girls, remember. My place after school."
I point to them, walking backwards.
I bump into someone.
"Oh so-. Ugh." i say.
"Watch where you're going, fucking freak."
never stops.
"Oh fuck off, Hailey." i push her to the side and walk off.
I walk into my class, hoping the day can go by faster.
"May I go to the washroom?" I ask, interrupting the lesson.
"Yes. hurry." The teacher rolls their eyes and excuses me.
yeeeees.
Escaping that hell.

She giggles and says thanks.
We're all at my place, getting ready for the big night.
