Lost- Lucifer x Child!Reader

Third POV

Now who thought it was a good idea to release Lucifer from the cage? No one. He broke out, and he was causing chaos.
Lucifer looked among the neighborhood he destroyed, smirking at the abandoned houses and yards. A soft crying was heard from a local house and Satan decided to get a closer look at the scene.
He walked into the burnt house and saw a young girl, around the age of 8, crying and looking around. She looked so confused and scared and it broke Lucifer's heart. He walked over to the girl and placed a hand on her shoulder, making her jump
"Don't worry, little one," Lucifer said gently. "I won't hurt you."
"What happened?" Her cheeks were shiny with tears and her skin was red and raw from the heat. "Who are you?"
"My name is Lucifer."
"Y/n..."
"Well, y/n, this neighborhood burned down," he explained. Her eyes widened and more tears fell down her face. "Please don't cry. Come on with me, I'll protect you."
"Why should I trust you?" She asked.
"Because I'm here to help you. You could call me your guardian angel," Lucifer said. Ironic.
"Okay..." She said sadly. Lucifer held out his hand for her to take and she hesitated.
"You can trust me."
She put her hand in his and they walked out of the burned down house.
~2 years later~
"I'm gonna get you, flower~"
The 10 year old ran out of her room, giggling and squealing as the devil chased her with wiggling fingers. Y/n had gotten much closer to Lucifer and he had a hidden away heart for her.
"No! Luci!" She squealed as he picked her up, wiggling his fingers into her belly. Laughter filled the air of Hell and everything bad was forgotten when her happy giggles filled the air.
"I've got you princess!"
After a little while of tickling her, he sat her down on the couch and pulled her into his arms.
"I love you flower."
"I love you too, Luci."
