They will worry.

Faking
Exaggerating
So you suffer in silence
You wish for silence
Silence in your mind
Silence to replace the horrible thoughts swimming in your mind
Silence would be better than this
A black murky abyss you can't escape
Once you get close to the surface
A wave crashes over
Throwing you back down to the bottom
Filling your lungs
Suffocating you
Some sink
Some swim
Some survive
Some don't
