People cheered as TAKADA KENTA finished singing, a bright smile resting on his face as he bows towards the crowd, walking off of the stage. Girls swarm around him, looking at him with awe in their eyes.
"You are so talented!"
"You're very handsome!"
"Can I get your number?"
"Do you wanna go out for coffee?"All of those girls asked him those questions in Japanese, making him feel overwhelmed but happy at the same time. He smiles at all of them, even taking pictures with some and does a 'V' pose. He even does aegyo too-- little finger hearts and acts all cute.
"You should be an idol! You are perfect for that role!", one of the girls exclaim, smiling widely.
Kenta blushes slightly, thanking the girls numerous times.
"Kenta? Takada Kenta?"
He looks up to see Haeun frowning at him, her eyes narrowed as she crosses her arms. The boy quickly understands her signal, thanking them once more before running over to Haeun, hugging her tightly.
"Thank you thank you thank you!", Kenta smiles widely, kissing her all over her face. "Thank you, Goblin for making my wish come true"
Haeun sighs, pulling away slightly and looks up at him, seeing the joy radiate off of his face.
"I was going to be mad at you but...I can't", she says, smiling softly at his joy.
"You were going to be mad at me? Why?", he asks, confused. He taps his chin with his index finger, a mischievous grin forming on his face. "Were you...jealous?"Haeun shakes her head quickly, furrowing her eyebrows together.
"Of course not! Why would I be jealous over all of those girls surrounding you?"Kenta decides not to push it, hugging her tightly and smiles. "You're right—you shouldn't be. You are mine and no one can replace you."
The girl looks down sheepishly, her cheeks becoming pink and shakes her head.
"That's right—I'm yours"The couple roams around Tokyo close together, looking at all of the pretty city lights.
"Do you wanna head back to the hotel?", Haeun asks, looking up at the boy.
In Kenta's head, he keeps on telling himself that they should. But his heart says no, there is one place in particular where he wants to visit. But he's afraid, what happens if the scary memories come back to him? What happens if he breaks down crying?
But he misses them, he wants to visit his parents. He wants to tell them that he's sorry, that he wishes that he could go back in time and fix everything. He wants to tell them that he loves them deeply, how much they meant to him.
It's been almost 10 years since he last saw them.
"Kenta?", Haeun waves her hand in front of his face, snapping him out of his daze. "Are you okay?"
"I...I wanna visit them", Kenta says quietly, almost inaudible.
"'Them'? Who do you wanna visit?""My...my parents back in Kanto", he stutters, his heart sinking. Haeun nods, taking his hand and squeezes it gently.
"How long does it take for us to get there?"
"An hour to an hour and 1/2 by metro", Kenta replies. Haeun smiles at him softly, caressing his hand with her thumb."So we'll get there about 10 o'clock. Alright, let's go"

They get off of the train together, Kenta keeping Haeun close as they try to maneuver their way to the cemetery where his parents are buried. They bought an umbrella because Kenta sensed that it was going to rain and he was right. The boy opened up the umbrella and put it over their heads, walking to the giant willow tree where his parents laid. Scanning the different tomb stones, his eyes finally land on the two next to each other, sharing the same last name as him. Kenta sucks in a breath, laying a bouquet of lilies on both of his parents tombs, running his fingers over the engraved letters.
"Hi mom, dad", he greets in Japanese, his voice shaky as the rain slowly falls from the grey clouds. "I'm sorry for not being able to save you...or visit you. It just hurts too much, you know?", he chuckles lifelessly.
"Remember during the spring how dad would chase me around and mom would always be there to catch me? Remember when it was my first snow and I fell face flat on the it? I didn't remember it, but mom would tell me those stories. Remember when it was my birthday and you two would always try to get me the best cake and art supplies?", he asks, smiling weakly."I'm so sorry that I'm such a bad son...that I'm the reason why you aren't with me now", he apologizes, lowering his head in shame as he feels tears sting the back of his eyes. "I...I love you two...I miss you two a lot"
Kenta begins to sob, his tears falling from his eyes uncontrollably. Everything in his system hurts-- especially his heart. He truly misses them, the wishes that they were still here so that they can be proud of him, telling him that he did good. He feels pathetic too-- crying in front of his lover, how weak is that?
"It's okay to cry Kenta, don't hide your tears from me", Haeun whispers, allowing the boy to rest his head on her shoulder as he cries. Kenta does so, burying his face in the crook of her neck and cries, the rain falling harder from the sky. He holds onto Haeun tightly, afraid that he might fall from his knees suddenly becoming weak. Feeling a warm pair of arms wrap around his waist, the girl hugs him back, stroking his hair as she holds the umbrella over their heads, whispering in his ear in hopes of calming him down.
But then I met an angel on earth and because of her...the pain began to dwindle down.
