"I hope to see you soon, Alexander," he purred as he placed a piece of paper in my hand before walking away. I just sat there, shocked. I just ran into Magnus Bane.

Alec's POV
"He gave you his number?!" Izzy yelled in joy. "Um, yeah. It's not a big deal or anything, I won't text him anyways," I sighed.
"Not a big deal?! Alexander, Magnus has been your crush since freshman year!"
"So?"
"He gave you his number! That usually means he wants to get to know you"
"I didn't give him my number"
"Yeah. So you text him and tell him who you are, duh!"
"Why?"
"So he can get your number?!"
"And?"
"Alexander Gideon Lightwood, text him right now or I will!"
"I don't have my phone"
Izzy sighed and took the piece of paper. I shrugged.
