As I walked into the school I saw Pete and gave him a hug and as the bell rang there was a morning announcement "can the whole 12th grade please go to the hall" as me and Pete walked up to the hall, I questioned "I wonder what's it about... probably just stuff for prom"
Once everyone sat down in alphabetical order, the principal tell us the announcements then he announced. "Pete Please come up here immediately" as Pete came up he smirked at me. ' oh no' I thought. All of the classes eyes were on me and he started to play MY favourite song! "Gemini, I've always liked you and I've always wanted to go to prom with my favourite girl in the whole entire world. So will you go with me to prom" nodding fast I couldn't help the tears fall from my eyes. After the parade, I got up and said to him quietly "I don't know how to dance." Smiling he said "uh... I know... you dummy it's on your bucket list... that's why I booked us dance lessons."
That weekend we leant to dance professionally and it was so much fun!
