Forgiveness doesn't necessarily mean that the person who wronged you apologized. Sometimes forgiveness is just an individual deciding that instead of holding this pain in their heart, they choice to let go of it. Anger is like a self punishment for another persons actions. It tears and rips life out of someone to the point where they only hold anger. Anger is toxic. It is an evil working that an individual can cast out of their own life by forgiving.
