Your POV

I clutched my bulging stomach and winced. All the stress was killing me and my ribs were still burning from the sigils being burning into them. Being pregnant didn't help at all either. I was only pregnant for three weeks before the first attack. The angels rained their best weapons on us and almost killed Gabe. I've been on the run with him ever since.

I hear a knock on the door and wait, then I hear two more paced out evenly. Gabe and I made a secret knock in order to be a little bit safer. I looked through the hole in the door and saw him. I smiled and opened the door so that he could come in. He couldn't just zap in because of some symbols we made around the motel room.

"Anything happen while I was gone (Y/n)?" Gabe asked me while looking me over.

I shook my head and he hugged me deeply. I hugged back as much as I could considering my baby belly. He kissed my forehead then my lips tenderly.

"We have to move again, the angels will be here by tomorrow," he looks at me remorsefully "I found someone who could hide you and our child."

I looked at him like he was crazy, because he was being just that. Who could possibly hide us? Was he considering splitting up? Who was this person?

"Who are they?" I asked him.

He brushed my hair out of my face and gazed into my eyes.

"It's my brother Luci. He said he would take you into hell and keep you safe while I led the angels away from you." He told me.

"Are you out of your mind? We can't be separated! Not to mention that it's Lucifer that we are talking about!" I raised my voice.

"Ouch, I know that my reputation isn't that great but you don't have to rub it in." I heard a male voice behind me.

I turned around and saw the one and only Lucifer. I looked behind Gabe and saw that the angel symbol had been scratched a little bit. Gabe had damaged it!

"It's the only way sugar, I'm sorry, I only want what's best for you and our angel." Gabe held my stomach.

"Going to the underworld though? I can't go without you." I told him.

Before Gabriel could say anything, the door flew off it's hinges across the room. Three angels walked in with blades. My eyes widened and Gabe immediately protectively stood in front of me.

"You don't need to be hurt brother, we just need the mother and the nephilim." The female said aggressively.

"You won't even get her over my dead body honey." He threatened.

I held Gabe's hand when I saw the angels step closer. Gabe looked back and nodded at Lucifer. Gabe quickly turned around and kissed me on my lips. He tasted like maple syrup. After that moment, time moved in slow motion. Lucifer grabbed my hand and pulled me away. My hand let loose of Gabes and he disappeared in a puff of smoke.

We were now in a dark bedroom with a canopy bed, dresser, and other bedroom necessities. I collapsed to the floor in tears.

Gabe was gone.

And I didn't know if he would be coming back.
