well, you had nothing better to do.

You walked along the endless hallways, until someone bumped into you, making you both fall. You sat up, and saw someone in a lab coat. "Are you alright?" You ask, getting up. "Yeah, they're okay..." The man said, picking up what looked to be a... Spike? It looked highly advanced, yet old at the same time.

You furrowed your eyebrows. "I didn't mean the tech! I'm talking about you! Are YOU okay?" You asked, getting a bit angry at this man's... dullness.

"Oh." He said, getting up. He brushed himself off. "I apologize. I'm Colress. You are?"

"I'm (Y/N). Believe it or not, I'm actually supposed to work with you." You said, smiling. Colress smiled back. "Well, (Y/N). Nice to meet you. I'll show you to my lab..." He said. You nodded, and followed him to his lab.

Its been a couple of months since you started working with Colress, and so far its been great. You've been working with technology, and you've been... Developing feelings for Colress. You've been planning for months on how to confess, but you decided to just straight up say it.

You made it to his lab, and opened the door that made a small creak every time you opened it. You saw Colress at his computer, typing away. You cleared your throat. "Colress?" You asked, with no answer. "Colress." "(Y/N)!" Colress yelled, startling you a bit.

"What is it?" You asked, still a bit shaken up. "Technology is amazing! Guess what I discovered?" He said, overly excited. You sighed. "What is it, Colress?"

"I discovered a new Pokémon Type!" He yelled. He got your attention. "A new type? What is it?"

"I call it... The Fairy Type!" He exclaimed, getting up from his desk. You chuckled at his excitement. But, you remembered something. "Anyway, what are you here for, (Y/N)? You usually don't come till an hour later..." He asked, his hands in his pockets.

"I... I came to tell you something..." You said, in a somewhat hushed tone. Colress smiled. He knew exactly what you were going to say. "(Y/N)." He said, a hand on your cheek. You looked up at him.

"I love you too, (Y/N). Ever since we met a couple of months ago." He said. Your face turned a colour that would put Red's name and Silver's GLORIOUS hair to shame. "I... How did you know?" You asked, the blush visible on your face. Colress chuckled. "I could see it in your face."

You then pressed your lips on his, Colress kissing back almost immediately. You pulled back, and smiled, the blush still very visible on your face. Colress sat back down on his desk, and went back to researching this new type. You furrowed your eyebrows. "Colress!" No answer. You sighed.
