Adriana:

💞two days later💞

Shawn and I eventually ended up in a sea side hotel. How we got here, I don't even know. I never been this far out of town, but it's good to be away.
I felt the strings being broken as we reached the place and we both decided that this is the location. The ideal place for the two of us to unwind and just live in the moment.

"Shawn common! We're so close to the top!" I laughed as I saw him draggig his feet behind me as I reached the peak of the mountain. "Common!" I walked down to him, taking his hand in mine and pulling him up to the top. "Okay okay!" He laughed, climbing up the few rocks and taking a stand beside me.
"See. I told you it'll be beautiful."
"Yeah, you were right. But the way to get up here was not as beautiful."

We sat down on a rock, looking out over the view as he catches his breath. "Please tell me there's an elevator to get down." "No, but let's not leave just yet." I whispered, wanting to take it all in for another moment. "Thank you for brining me here. It's fun to run away, especially if it's with you." I lightly bumped his side, seeing the smile on his face growing with ease before he pecked my cheek.
"I'm happy to have you, to call you mine. I love you so much."
"I love you too. Let's go."

As I stood up he groaned loudly before getting up. "All the way down again?" "It'll be better this time. It's downhill." I laughed, handing him the bottle of water before we hit the road again.
Just as we were almost down the mountain, a loud thunderstorm bursted out and the rain came pouring down. "Why do we always get caught in the rain?" I groaned, but he just grabbed my hand, laughing as he pulled me with him. "Common."

We ran all the way back to the hotel.
For someone who complained about his legs hurting all the way up the mountain, sure as hell doesn't feel them burning now. When we reached the hotel, we ran up to our room. Everyone looked at us because we're soaking wet and rushing through the halls to get to our room, but it couldn't bother me less. "That was crazy!" I wiped my hair out of my face, but I saw Shawn just slowly walking away from the door.

His back facing me.
I didn't say anything though, just watched his every move. How he slowly pulled his wet shirt over his head, leaving the damp and wetness on the surface of his skin.
I let out a deep breath as I hitched in another breath. He probably heard the sharp gulp for breath, making him turn around. Our eyes locking on each other's, and without even having to say a word, make a sound or move in any way... we both knew what each one thought.

He stepped closer to me, slowly but surely. My heartbeat and breathing skyrocketed, without him even trying. He cupped my cheek, wiping the drops off my skin before pressing his lips to mine.
Our kiss got way more intense after a few deep kisses, and he swiftly turned us around, laying me down on the bed and immediately hovering over me.
I smiled in to the kiss as he pulled my shirt up to get it over my head, struggling at first but eventually got it right and continued with our moment.

💞Shawn:

It was amazing, another night with Adriana in the most wonderful, loving way possible. The rain totally complimented the moment of us, skin on skin and lips to lips.
She for one, loves it when I kiss down her neck. It drives her crazy, and to me, it makes me happy that I know I have this deep effect on her.

It was now a long time after, our breathing settled down and our body temperature regained its normal temperature. She rested her head on my chest, drawing small circles on my stomach as I rubbed her back.
"The rain seems to keep coming down." She whispered softly, looking out ag the window. I smiked as I glanced outside before kissing her forehead.
"I'm not complaining." She chuckled at my statement, just cozying up, claper to me.

This getaway is by far the best decision ever.
