Chapter 13

'Y/N please? You can't spend all day in here alone.' Jungkook pleaded as he tried to get you to agree to go and join some of the members in the lounge with him.

'I already came with you to have breakfast with them, was that not enough?' You were in Jungkook's room, sat stubbornly in the armchair, arms crossed, and refusing to move.

'You weren't exactly very talkative...' Jungkook awkwardly scratched the back of his neck as he stood facing you.

'And what makes you think I will be this time?' You raised an eyebrow.

'They'll be friendly, I promise... and Namjoon won't be there!'

'If they want me to be talkative maybe I can ask them which bastard shot Minju!' You had been wondering who had shot her since it happened, but you also didn't think it would be a good idea for you to know. Jungkook's silence made you worry, 'it wasn't you, was it?'

'No!' Jungkook spoke with an offended tone, clearly hurt that you would even consider him.

'Sorry, I didn't think it was you... I just...' You looked down to avoid Jungkook's gaze.

'It's okay... please just come with me to the lounge, I think Tae, Jimin and Yoongi are the only three there, so it won't be everyone.' Jungkook crouched down in front of you and placed a hand on your cheek, which he used to gently lift your face so that you were looking at him. After a few seconds of looking intently at each other, you gave in.

'Okay fine, I'll come.' Jungkook grinned at you and helped you out of the armchair as you both headed out of his room.

'Well hello there and welcome to the lounge.' Tae was lying dramatically across a couch as he welcomed you and Jungkook into the room. Jungkook lead you over to an unoccupied couch where you both sat down; Yoongi and Jimin were sat on the couch across from you, and Tae was still lying on the one to your right.

'Hi.' Jungkook smiled at his friends but you remained silent. As Jungkook, Tae and Jimin were deep in conversation, you were sat next to Jungkook, probably closer than you should be; you couldn't help but notice Yoongi eyeing you with a smirk. When Jungkook had returned to his room, he told you what had happened and how Yoongi knew about the two of you kissing. You weren't overly happy by the news, but at least it wasn't Namjoon, and you were thankful that Yoongi was keeping the secret.

'Team Iron Man were definitely right!' You took your attention back to the other members as you realised what they were talking about; they were discussing the film Captain America: Civil War, and whose side they were on- you were a massive marvel fan.

'I think you'll find that Team Cap were right, the accords were ridiculous.' You casually stated your opinion on the matter.

'Woah, she talks.' Tae said, looking at you with wide eyes.

'Bite me.' You glared at him.

'Wait wait, you like marvel!?' Jungkook turned and looked at you excitedly.

'Well duh. How can anyone not like it?' Your response resulted in Jungkook making the biggest grin you'd seen from him so far; in the whole four days you'd known him. You couldn't help but laugh at his reaction, but you stopped when you saw Yoongi smirking knowingly at the two of you; you looked down to hide a blush.

'She talks and she likes marvel, how about that?' You briefly glared at Jimin after his comment but then joined in with their conversation. Yoongi also joined in and the five of you spent the next ten minutes talking; just as the conversation was coming to a close, Jin and Hoseok both entered the room and sat down on the couch next to Tae. The room suddenly felt very crowded so you sunk back in your seat, leaning into Jungkook in an attempt to hide.
