*FLASHBACK*

"Rayna!" I heard my name being called. I giggled quietly to myself. They're never going to find me.

"Oh Rayna, where are you?" I heard Ethan's voice sing. I was hiding behind the shed in my back yard. Ethan was never going to find me.

"Found you!" His voice yelled from behind me, making me scream.

"You did!" I giggled. "How did you find me?"

"Well this was the last place I didn't look for you." Ethan pointed out.

"Oh." I said. "Let's go find Grayson!" Ethan and I ran out from behind the shed and into my yard.

Where could Grayson be hiding?

"Grayson?" I sang as I looked around the yard.

"Come out come out wherever you are Grayson! Rayna and I are going to find you!" Ethan hollered as he looked behind a tree.

"Where are you.." I said to myself as I walked around the corner of my house. As I walked around, I glanced in the bushes that were along the house.

When I got towards the front of the house, I looked in the biggest set of bushes and I saw a red shirt. "Ha! Found you!" I ran into the bushes.

"Noo!" Grayson flew out of the bushes and started running back into the yard.

"Get back here!" I giggled as I chased my best friend. "I found him E!"

"Where was he?!" Ethan hollered. He was down by the swingset.

"In the bushes!" I yelled back. "Grayson!" I giggled, continuing to chase him.

"You can't catch me!" He sang as he ran around the fire pit.

"You wanna bet!?" I giggled. I sped up,  getting closer to him. "E, come help me catch Grayson!"

"Okay!" Ethan ran over to us. He caught up to my side and we chased Grayson around the whole yard.

"You're never going to catch me!" Grayson laughed evily as he ran towards the house.

"We will too!" Ethan and I yelled in unison. We got closer to the house. As we ran, we suddenly ran into Grayson, who was now as a complete stop.

"What are you kids doing?" My mom asked.

"We were trying to catch Grayson, mom." I said.

"Yeah, we caught him now!" Ethan jumped on his brother.

"Oh you kids." My mom laughed. "I have lunch for you three ready."

"Okay!" We chimed. We followed my mom into the house. We walked in through the sliding glass window and made our way into the dining room. We sat at the table and mom put our sandwiches in front of us, along with chips and a glass of water for each of us.

"You can all go back outside when you're finished eating." Mom kissed the top of my head and walked into the kitchen.

"What should we do next?" Ethan asked.

"Doesn't matter to me. Whatever you two wanna do." I shrugged.

"Should we go in the trampoline?" Grayson suggested.

"Yeah!" Ethan and I shouted.

"Let's do that." I said as I took a drink of my water.

"Okay, then maybe we can practice our flips!" Ethan said.

"Yeah, you guys could use the practice." I giggled.

"Oh shut up Rayna! Like you could do better!" Grayson shouted.

"I probably could!" I pouted. "I'll show you!"

"Alright, but you probably won't." Grayson said.

"Oh shut up Grayson." I said as I finished my sandwich. "You guys, will be be friends when we're older? Like when we're teenagers?"

"Of course. We're best friends. That means forever." Ethan said to me.

"Yeah, always and forever. And to make it forever, let's shake on it." Grayson held his hand out to me. I held mine out, shaking it.

"Always and forever, best friends." I said, then shaking Ethan's hand in mine. "Always and forever, best friends. Nothing will ever split us up!"

"Never!" Both boys agreed.

Always and forever best friends with Ethan and Grayson Dolan.
