Hunk sat in front of Pidge's house he has been here for almost 20 minutes before a familiar floof popped out of the house. "I've been here for almost 20 minutes." Hunk says. "Well, my cat didn't wake me up." Pidge simply stated. "You seriously need a better alarm clock." Hunk replies backing out of the driveway. Time flew back fast for Hunk since it was Friday and he had fairly easy classes and before he knew it he was back in the car with Pidge. "So we just need to stop at your house quick to feed Sasha & Zales and then get Old Brandy then we will pick up Klance at Keith's and Shullra at Shiro's." Hunk says while jumping in the car with a drain Pidge. "I get shotgun" they said in a tired monotoned voice before their eyes fluttered shut. Hunk smiled and drove to Pidge's house and took their key to go feed Sasha and Zales. He quickly go back to his house and put Pidge's bag in the trunk then grabbed the tents and some extra blankets. "PIDGEON" Hunk screamed to a sleeping Pidge who recently got up. "SHOTGUN" they screamed. "Pidge you're literally the only person here who else would take shotgun?" Hunk question "Plus you already claimed it before you fell asleep." "well, I'm gonna get a banana be right back." Pidge said going into Hunk's house. Hunk decided to go ahead and text Klance that they were leaving soon. Soon enough all 6 were on the road and on their way to Indiana Dunes. Pidge woke up about 3/4 of way and saw the ocean view of the side highway they were taking.

They thought it was beautiful, they put the window and let the afternoon sun shine on their face and wind blow in their chestnut hair. And was really excited to get to get there. Pidge was channel surfing for a good radio station but eventually gave up. They took out their phone and began a new playlist. "ok everyone add 3 songs and that should get us through the rest of the trip." Pidge states handing their phone back to Lance. Everyone put in their music and Pidge put in Hunk's songs for him cause he was driving and started the playlist on shuffle. The first song to come on was one Pidge added 'How to be a Heartbreaker' by Marina and the Diamonds. "Oh, my song is first?" Pidge asked while turning up the volume and bobbing their head to the beat. Everyone enjoyed the song and Pidge sung it quietly. The next song came on 'Crawling' by Linkin Park everyone turned to look at Keith who just said "What?" Lance just laughed and said "Emo boy". Everyone pretty much silently enjoyed the music for the rest of the way the rest of music followed as this -

Love on the Brain by Rihanna, added by Shiro Viva la Vida by Coldplay, added by Keith Brother by Kodaline, added by Hunk. And finally Yellow Submarine by The Beatles, added by Pidge played as they all pulled into the National Park.
