Hooray for bad puns!! Anyways it seems like George is really annoyed at the fact that John has inflated him again. And according to that chalkboard in the background, John plans to inflate George into a blueberry and make himself a cherry in order to get George to love him or something. I dunno, all I can say is that John's plan might not work if George stays irritated at John for constantly inflating him.
Also that outfit John's wearing is supposed to be a cross between his Sgt. Pepper's outfit and that outfit Willy Wonka wore in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. And also that red blob on his nose is supposed to show his slow inflation into a cherry.
