The idea of John as a cheerleader has been on my mind for a while since John has worn dresses before. So I decided to make him the cheerleader of Quarrybank High School's football team with Cynthia being in the game. It used to be the other way around, then one day they decided to swap places and haven't gone back since. I gave Cynthia the number 59 on her shirt that was around the time she and John got together (I think).
It took me such a long time to draw John's legs and skirt since I kept trying out which pose would work best for him, not so pleased with how his pompoms turned out. Also I put a green bow in his hair because I thought it would make him look cuter.
I'll bet John would show this picture to Julian one day just to embarrass him in front of his friends like he did with that bi pride outfit he put on.
