Contour and highlight are you best friend! They will bring glow to your cheekbones, shape your face, and bring your natural highlight!

Do cheek bones exercise:
Place your finger tips on either side of your face where your cheeks crease when you smile. Push up on your cheeks at this point while you continue to smile. You will feel some resistance from the muscles in your cheekbones. Hold for 30 seconds and release. Repeat.

Avoid water, fast food, and noodles:
Try to avoid fast food, water, and instant noodles. Try to avoid because they're high in fat and salt can break out and make the face swell. If you can't resist, try to eat it two days before you want your cheekbones to look good. This sounds crazy but try to avoid water because it softens bones. Try to just drink 5-8 glasses. Avoid instant noodles! Chemicals in instant noodles can cause bloating in the face and can make the cheeks swell.

Makeup tips for cheekbones:
Apply a highlighter just below the hollow of the cheeks will really make the contouring pop out.
Apply contour in the hollows of the cheeks and extend it towards you feat and temple depending on your face shape.
Your blusher can help emphasise the cheeks too.
Applying a light brush of blusher on the cheeks can give the face light.
