Preventing Blemishes:
Avoid touching your face; touching your face makes your skin super oily, because your adding on more & more oils on your face from your hands greasy; producing breakouts.

Wash your face every night; do this to wash away all of the collected bacteria that has builded up on your face from that day. Washing your face in the morning to do 2 things: to wake you up and to refresh your skin.

Have a healthy diet; avoid eating bad foods like chocolate and crisps etc. They cause your skin to break out due to the fatty oils that they contain causing clogged pores.

Use designated cleanser; use a good cleanser, face scrub and toner. Depending on your skin type. If you are unsure, contact a dermatologist to find out if your skin is oily or dry. Wash your face twice/ three times a day.

Avoid makeup:
Try not to wear make up, or at least not on the weekends/holidays. It can clog your pores and make your face break out.

Always stay hydrated;
It keeps your skin hydrated and it also is very good for your body.
