Eat Only When You're REALLY Hungry;
One of the main problems with binge eating is mindlessly eating when you are not hungry. This can lead you to overeat because you are already eating when you aren't hungry.

Take Up A Hobby;
A good reason someone will binge eat is because they're bored eating or on their phone/watching something. Try to find a hobby such as reading, art, exercise, and more.

Break Your 'Binge' Cycle;
To do this, you have to break the binge eating cycle by avoiding temptation. You're much more likely to overeat if you have junk food, desserts, and unhealthy snacks in the house. Remove the temptation by clearing your fridge and cupboards of your favourite binge foods.
