Jonathan when you give him a valentines gift. You had developed feelings for him, and decided to innocently give him a thoughtful gift, a new camera, as his old one had been smashed. You and him hadn't officially told each other that you would be each other's Valentine, but because the both of you are single, and don't want to be alone, you just spend the day together, and by the end of it you gave him the gift, after a wonderful and meaningful day of watching movies and eating together.
"I actually, er, got you a present." I mumble, timidly looking up at him as I hold my hands out with a box gift wrapped in red wrapping paper, "Here."
"I'm sorry, I-I didn't get you anything." He replies, seeming shocked that I had actually got something for him, "If I knew that you got me a present, I would've got something for you."
"No, it's fine, really." I tell him as I place the box within his arms, "Happy Valentines."
"Happy Valentines." He replies after a smile makes its way into his lips, and he turns away after a few moments of silence, just staring at you.
