Lola runs into the house, still sobbing uncontrollably from the sight before. Sliding down to the floor, she buries her head in her arms. The long-sleeves got immediately soaked.

After she had started running, Riley chased her. She could remember him grabbing her arm in a vicious grip. He tried to pull her into an embrace and make her feel better. But, she just pushed him away.

Lola closes her eyes as the water drips down her cheek. She can still remember those harsh words echoing in her mind. His green eyes were growing dark from her actions. 

"Why are you overreacting?" he had said.

Her breathing slows down as the memories from moments before flash through her mind. Lola was screaming at him and him screaming at her. Riley was trying desperately to comfort her and hug her. She had pushed him away.

But then, she remembers Victoria. She tried to break the fight up and apologize. It didn't help at all. Lola just fell deeper and deeper into the depression she was already feeling like a ship sinking to the bottom of the ocean with no hopes of ever resurfacing.

But, neither does she. She remains on the floor and sinks to the bottom of the ocean.
