Chapter eleven

The next day

I already wanted to go home. School was dragging on slowly like usual. It was lunch time.

I put my things in my locker and made my way to lunch. I saw ally sitting next to Camila.

I clenched my fist. I got my lunch and looked for a place to sit. Camila waved me over and ally gave me a sad smile.

I walked over and sat across from them.

"Hi" I awkwardly said.

"Hi" ally mumbled playing with her food.

"Hey" camila said giving me a happily sighed.

She rested her chin on her hand and stared at me.

"So I was thinking we should go out again" Camila said.

"Oh, uh sure" I shrugged.

Ally looked away from us and stared at something.

"Great, I gotta head to practice , Friday at 6" she asked Getting up.

"Sure" I shrugged.

"It's a date" she winked at me.

She walked away and stared at her.

"A date huh" ally laughed softly.

"Not a date" I laughed.

"That's what she thinks" ally said pushing her plate away.

"It's not , I don't like her like that" I said taking a sip of my water.

"Maybe we should go on a date" she said sitting up straighter.

"If you want to" she said.

"Yeah of course" I smiled.

"Good" she smiled blushing.

For the rest of lunch we talked about what we wanted to do. We decided on going to dinner at Red Robbins.

"I'm not coming to school tomorrow, I have a doctors appointment, but I'll see you Thursday" ally said grabbing my hand.

I nodded and smiled.

"See you" she kissed my cheek. She pulled away and looked at my lips.

She licked her lips. The bell rang. She backed up and waved a goodbye.

"Bye" I waved.

I smiled and went to my next class.

After school

I had the house to myself. I invited Lauren over to help me pick an outfit out for Thursday.

"I can't believe your going on a date with ally" she smiled going through my closet.

"Me neither" I smiled laying back.

She threw something at me and I caught it. I sat up and looked at it.

It was a red jumper. She handed me black high heels and a pearl neckless.

"Perfect" I said laying it out on my desk.

"So , you haven't told me when you develop feelings for ally, especially since she's a girl" Lauren said sitting next to me.

"I was confused at first" I shrugged.

"I'm really happy for you dinah" Lauren said laying her head on my shoulder.

"I'm scared to tell my family , the school I don't give a shit about" I rolled my eyes.

Lauren laughed.

"They're going to love you even more" Lauren said kissing my cheek.

"I gotta bounce, gotta meet someone at the movies" she grinned.

I groaned. "Be safe" I laughed.

"Always" she winked leaving my room.
