It had been 14 hours since Finn and Jack left town, I lay in bed scrolling through social media. Nothing seemed to be the same, everything was quiet and I didn't have a friend to fill in that silence. I look down at my phone and slid the screen to answer, "Finally you call!" Finn's face popped up on the screen.
"We got here like an hour ago and I had to get all set, I met the rest of the cast. They seem pretty cool... Like Jaeden, Wyatt, Chosen, Sophia, and Jeremy are fun to hang around. Jack seems to like them too!"
I laugh, "Seems really fun... Better not replace me, I'm number one in your life!" he shoots a small smile.
"Don't worry, you're always my number 1... nothing will ever change that." He winks then looks at something that I can't see, "JACK STOP EATING ALL THE FOOD! AND JAEDEN STOP SINGING THAT ANIME THEME SONG!"
I hold in a laugh knowing Finn was a little upset, "Wow sounds like you're having a lot of fun." he rolls his eyes in response.
"It's really fun when you have to babysit a baby Jack because he doesn't know a damn thing about self control!"
"I had to do that all last year while you were on set for Stranger Things... You'll get used to it. Sad but true."
He runs his fingers through his curls, "Look I would love to talk but I had a long day."
"Fine Goodnight Frog Face."
He gives me a tired look, "Goodnight I'll make sure to facetime tomorrow... Promise." With that he hangs up leaving me lonely once again. I look around the room and get up from the bed, I walk up to my dresser and grab Finn's Sweatshirt that he left at my house. I slip it over my shoulder and hug myself chewing on the strings, it's the only thing that makes me feel close to him. I go back to my bed and go to my camera roll and look through all our old pictures from 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. I coudn't help but laugh at how weird he was... It was my favorite thing about him.
