09; narration

with an ice cream at their hands, jungwoo and doyoung went to the auditorium since their music club president, son wendy asked them to gather there today.

arriving at their destination, they saw the other members already harmonizing and conditioning their vocal chords, checking their pitches and some are practicing their song pieces for the upcoming singing competition to be held next week, friday.

"aish you two, eating ice cream now that the competition is nearing, aye? do you guys wanna get a sore throat or what? aigooo!" wendy scolded them.

"it's jungwoo's fault." doyoung blamed jungwoo while pointing at him, but still looking at wendy. jungwoo turned to doyoung with his brows knitted,

"but you just told me a while ago that you want ice cream that's why i treated you!" jungwoo protested, slightly raising his tone.

"yes i did, but you also did know that we have rehearsals today, you can just treat me tomorrow though." doyoung replied with a matter-of-fact tone while crossing his arms with such sass. jungwoo glared at the older, before turning to wendy.

"but hey, we're not joining the competition so we're safe, right? we can eat mORE ICE CREAMS YEY!" jungwoo feasted, jumping a little for his ice cream might be a waste if he jumped recklessly.

"yeah, yeah, stop bickering and finish your ice creams. i'll give the two of you something to do later on, okay? for now, you can now go." wendy said, making the two wave goodbye before walking out the auditorium.

"why do you think wendy is not in a good mood today? she always smile though." jungwoo asked then licked his strawberry ice cream. well, strawberries are indeed jungwoo's favorite flavor (notice from the milkshake he ordered before)

"i dunno, i guess she is on her period today lol." doyoung answered, making jungwoo nod in agreement.

they're walking along the coridoors right now, passing through each club's perspective room. they actually don't know where they're going, but they decided to just follow where their feet take them.

"hey xuxi! your position will fall right.... right here!"

jungwoo stopped momentarily upon hearing a certain name at one of the rooms they just passed by. doyoung noticed it so he stopped too, looking at jungwoo with a hint of confusion in his eyes.

"did you hear that?" jungwoo asked doyoung while walking slowly towards the dance club's room.

doyoung followed him from behind, "hear what?" he asked.

"sseushi. someone said sseushi." jungwoo whispered, stopping right infront of the room's door. black on black suddenly can be heard playing from inside, blasting through the big speakers.

"REALLY? SO WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR, OPEN THE DOOR!" doyoung raised his voice for jungwoo to hear it. jungwoo looked at the door knob and held it. he wanted to know who that sseushi might be, he really wanted to! but he don't want to be a nuisance for disrupting the club's practice just for knowing who might his secret admirer is. he put his hand down and looked at doyoung with a faint smile,

"let's just look some other time." jungwoo said to doyoung, who can't believe what jungwoo just had said.

"but why? this is your chance!" doyoung answered while holding jungwoo at his arms and shaking him back and forth.

"they're practicing and i don't want to disturb them, duh. atleast we already have a clue on where we can find him." jungwoo, with his eyes slightly lit up, looked at the sign that says, 'dance club' at the door while beaming.

"hmm, you do have a point." doyoung agreed.

jungwoo looked at him, smiling, before his eyes fell on something sticky at his hands. it's his ice cream and it melted on his hand! he looked at doyoung again, then back at the melted ice cream, smirking when he thought of something despicable.

he smudged the melted ice cream right on doyoung's face, covering almost every spot before running away like a lightning, leaving doyoung with his eyes closed tightly, clenching his teeth and his knuckles 'bout to pop.

"KIM JUNGWOOOOO!"
