Calum

After Kira and I made up two weeks ago, we made appointments for today to see a few houses in the area. Kira has really been trying to be better since our fight, because she listens and does her best to be taken care of in return. Meaning, letting me cook for her and then letting me do the dishes. And she does it without a fight, now. Of course, when I get to do those things for her, it's once a week, and then she's back to being stubborn. If she wasn't like that, she wouldn't be Kira.

I'm hoping that she won't run away after a fight, when we have another inevitable big one.

We were both really excited for today. Me a little more than her, but she was still excited. It thrilled me to see her excited to move in with me. We were now in the first house with a real estate agent showing us the features of this house.

There were two bedrooms and an office, one story. Kira thought it was nice, but she didn't seem too amused with it because of the kitchen. "It feels a little tight." She says quietly after the agent walked out. "I mean, there's not enough room for a kitchen table, and there isn't a dining room to have it in there."

I looked around, agreeing with her. "Lets go see the back yard, huh?"

She pulled a face when we got back over there. There were two back yards, on the side of the house. It was fenced in, it didn't have a porch, and it just didn't suit my wants either. I wanted a home in the model of Luke's, but maybe with different tile. I wanted to see Ace run around in a big home. "I think we should keep looking." I tell her. She nodded quickly. We tell the agent, and she gives us another address to meet her at.

When we go to the other house, Kira stands amazed at the outside. There was a garden, or flower bed, out front on each side of the door, and the bricks weren't gross looking. "I like this one already." She hummed. I held her hand as we waited for the lady to unlock the front door.

That house was also a bummer, and Kira was disappointed in it. It was nice, but she said it didn't click with her. The next one, she liked, but I didn't. She understood, and we decided to continue looking.

"This one had been built in 1908, it's quite nice, I think." The agent said. Kira held my hand when we walked through the front door. There was a wall in front of us, kind of like a hall. If you went right, there's a dining room, and an office next to it. If you go left, there's the living room with hard wood floor. Kira mused over it, as we stood where we came in at.

The agent led us through out the dining room, office, and kitchen, that all connected. She showed us the laundry room was behind the kitchen in another room. There were many rooms. The kitchen had space for a round table in there, which Kira said could be for when we play board games with the boys again. She loved to do that. I thought it was really cute as her eyes scanned over the kitchen. She loved to cook.

She admired the double ovens stacked on each other, and the cabinet space, and then how there was the stove top built into the bar. We haven't even seen the bedrooms, but I knew she was sold already on this cute house. "Would you like to see the bedrooms, or the yard, first?" The lady asked us.

She looked up at me, "The bedrooms." We could already see that there was a pool outside, through the windows, and we would go out there in a minute. We were in LA, but we were in a safe part. The suburb is gated, and I liked that a lot. My apartment was gated.

We went up the stairs, and immediately, I smiled. "How cute is this?" I asked. There was somewhat another living room between the master bedroom, and I could imagine having another t.v in here. Kira stepped into the master bedroom, and she nodded. She was amazed, and she seemed to love it. We had two closets, and a bathroom in here. In the bathroom, there was a shower similar to the tile one she had in her apartment. On the opposite side of the shower, there was a bathtub that had a Jacuzzi. I couldn't help but to think that there was just enough room for the two of us.
