Ever since Xael announced that she'll create her own afterlife, she broke through her isolation and went to speak with her elders. Discussing her idea, it undoubtedly caused series of agreement and disagreement.

Agreement due to letting Xael do what she deems the best for her or with the thought that this might be just one of her mourning actions, and disagreement saying that she's being too much and what she's aiming is something not plausible.

Unfortunately for those who were opposing her plan, Xael still persisted on what she has already decided.

Therefore, this produce the project; Artificial Consciousness Manifestation to Virtual Reality Space 0021.

Delving about the project, Xael continued to process her research like a madman. For two years, all she did was wake up early, eat a little breakfast while gazing at her husband, she'll go to her laboratory to continue her analysis, after that, she'll comeback on midnight to eat dinner then sleep.

Even a zombie could claimed that is has more activities than her. Not giving a care on that aspect, her research has finally the progress of 03.40%.

Amidst to her action, she didn't give importance to anything else. Watching her like that, both elders were obviously worried and sad. With the intention of completely comforting her, both parents converse about certain strategies to assess that, unfortunately one after another, it was a total failure.

Their latest idea was to divert Xael's attention with kids who greatly resemble her or Zeether yet it was ruthlessly defeated. The kids they brought were ignored and worst yet scared to their wits, two even fainted due to her frightening stare.

Right now, they were left with the craziest idea they could think off. 'Maybe it's no use because the children were not related to her by blood.'

Confronting her face to face, the elders finally voice out their proposal. "In Vitro Fertilization*?" Xael affirmed; she was clearly surprised by what her parents suggested to her. Thinking about it, it certainly held a number of pros and cons.

Since it was actually a huge matter, Xael requested for a few days of time to think and answer. She was 28 years old after all, a great age to get pregnant, besides they already considered about this when they got married. Thinking about it, back then she was only 25 and Zeether was only 29, four years older than her. After a week, she decided to go along with it.

For a year, Xael was suited in her parents abode, spoiled and completely cared of. But even with that, all she could think of was her project, until finally it was the time for the baby to be born.

Dress in her hospital gown while lying on a cozy bed, Xael was gazing at the very healthy baby boy in her arms. Her emotions couldn't help but waver as the baby's plump little hand grasped her finger squeezing it lightly.

The feelings she thought was dead were now surging like a sandstorm in a once very calm desert. She nestled her son a little closer to her before giving it a soft peck in the tip of its nose. "Xyther, a gift from my beloved."

The moment Xael mentioned his name, the baby jovially smiled showing its pinkish gums which is adorable. At that very moment, Xael was reminded of her husband, whenever she does something to catch his attention, Zeether would always smile at her like that.
