I swear you said that you would stay by my side; But now I find I'm shoved aside
You have someone that you hold dear; While I grasp for others overwhelmed with fear
Please don't leave me, don't cast me aside; Am I still your friend or did I drown in the tide
I felt ignored and when you didn't tell; I am always the third wheel and my life is hell
Forever alone I seem to stand on a shore of broken promises with no soft place to land.
Such a beautiful landscape destroyed by you; your empty and broken promises that I would never push on to you
I am alone and your false sympathies don't sway; don't worry it's fine you will find your "true love" one day
Mine will never come though as I can never seem to be, someone who stands out or is pretty; I am just a stone used to find someone to love while I sit on my broken shore. Don't worry it's fine , as long as you find someone to live for.
