Panic Attack

Can't breath
Save me
Can't see
Kill me
Can't think
Help me
Can't hear
Catch me
I feel like I'm dying
I'm drowning
I'm crying
Please help me I need to escape
I'm being swallowed
I know I'm dying keep him away!
...
Then I'm back shaken and scared
I know I'm not dying but still shaking with fear
Why does this happen
Why won't my anxiety go away
I'm trapped in a loop
I need to break
I can do it
I know!
But not alone so don't intervene just hold my hand
Please just be there to keep me following through my plan
