Japan Part 2

After the music core event / concert

Taemin checked his phone after the concert. His shirt and hair is still wet. Saw a message from Jongin. Another one from Nauen. Smiles. He reads Nauen's message. It states – Oppa, have a great concert. Hope someday I will get the chance to watch your concert and see you perform.

Manager : (seeing Taemin smiling while holding his phone) Taemin-ah.. Shower first before calling Nauen. Call her when you're back at the hotel.

Taemin ignored his manager calls Nauen.

Taemin : Nauen-ah, concert is finished.

Nauen : Oppa, hi. Aren't you tired?

Taemin : No, hearing your voice makes all the tiredness go away. Did you mean it? What you send?

Nauen : (silences)(Taemin assumes she was embarrassed again) ahhh... yes , Oppa

Taemin : Next concert, I will give you a ticket.

Nauen : oh no Oppa. I will buy the ticket and attend like all your fans. But I have to be in disguise. (Laughs) btw, have you showered yet?

Taemin : Not yet, I called you first before I get into the shower. I miss your voice.

Nauen laughing : I miss your voice too Oppa

Taemin : Only my voice? What about me? (Starts to pout) Don't you miss me too? (Saying in a cute voice)

Nauen : (silent) Oppa, I miss you.

Taemin : Really? (Smiles)

Nauen : Yes. Go take your shower first and call me after. I will wait for your call.

Taemin : But... (Nauen interrupts him with a "NOW!") I can take a shower later.

Nauen : No. Oppa. Take it now. I am sure your shirt and hair is full of sweat. Shower first. I will be here waiting.

Taemin smiling : Ok. Nauen-ah. Wait for my call ok? Just give me a few minutes

Nauen : Take your time Oppa. Just call me after. Settle everything first before you call. Bye.

Taemin : Bye. Wait for my call. (Smiling turn off the call)

Taemin starts to look around for his clothes and see his 4 members looking at him with an amused look.

Minho : Wow!!! Taeminie is so sweet

Jjong : So that's what it feels like when your wife is concern about your health.

Key : Hey!!! Aren't you being cruel? All four of us are single here.

Onew : Proud of you Taemin-ah

They started teasing Taemin all the way to the shower area. They continue to cheer and tease until they reached the hotel. Minho even shouting "Wait for my call" in different tones. Everybody is laughing.

Taemin is sharing the hotel room with Key.

Key : I know you would call her and would probably talk for hours so I would be sleeping in Onew Hyung's room tonight. I am really tired.

Taemin : Thanks Hyung.

Key : Don't talk too long. We still have a concert tomorrow. Sleep earlier before 3am.

Taemin smiles and gestured ok.

Key left for Onew's room. Taemin calls Nauen. She answered after 2 rings.

Nauen : Hello Oppa?

Taemin : Hi. Have you been well?

Nauen : Yes Oppa. You? Are you at the hotel already?

Taemin : Yes. Btw, I saw your MV. You look so beautiful in it.

Nauen blushes on the other line: Thanks Oppa.

Taemin : Are you wearing the rosary bracelet?

Nauen : Yes. I did not take it off since this afternoon. Thank you again for sending this gift. I am touched that you thought of me while you are there.

Taemin : I just want you to have a reminder even when I am not by your side.

Nauen : Oppa, I saw the episode today. About your 22 days?

Taemin : Oh... was that today? Sorry. I apologized. I made a lot of mistakes when I was younger. It was just a bet with my friends but that is not an excuse.

Nauen : Oppa, It's ok. I was just mentioning it. I was upset at first, but then it was before we met. So it is ok.

Taemin : Really? Thank you so much for understanding, Nauen-ah.

Nauen laughs. Taemin smiles too.

Taemin : Nauen-ah.. Have you thought about what I said before I left?

Nauen : Huh?

Taemin : About me starting to fall for you.. I want to know how you felt when I said that. We did not have a chance to talk about it when I went to see you. I was just too glad to hold you again.

Nauen : (Blushing. Remembering their dinner at Shinee's dorm) I was so surprised at that time Oppa. And think if what you said is really true.

Taemin : It is true. Nauen-ah. I always think about you. Even during the concert, I was wondering what I would feel if you are in the audience watching me...cheer for me. This is for real Nauen-ah. I am not joking around. My feeling towards you has always been real.

Nauen : Really? Seriously?

Taemin : Yes. I missed you so much that I flew back there to see you.

Nauen : (laughing) True..

Taemin : So I am hoping that you think about what I said and maybe give me a chance to formally court you. Not for the show, but for us.

Nauen : Is that the truth?

Taemin : Yes Nauen-ah. It is the truth. What do you think? Can I?

Nauen thinks of a few seconds: Yes, you can Oppa.

Taemin surprised but happy: Really? Is that a yes?

Nauen : Yes. (Laughs)

Taemin: You made me so happy. (Smiles) (Then after awhile) Nauen-ah, can I ask a question? Personal question?

Nauen : Yes, what is it Oppa?

Taemin : Is there anyone else courting you?

Nauen : (thinks) No one important. Why?

Taemin : I heard from someone that you are being courted? Am I wrong?

Nauen : No. But he is not important. My feelings right now are just for you. (Shocked that she said it)

Taemin : Is that the truth? That I am the only one occupying your mind and heart right now?

Nauen : (shy) Yes. But Oppa, can we keep this between us? I mean don't broadcast anything. Don't let the WGM crew and staff that we are meeting outside filming.

Taemin : Got it. I understand. You will be our broadcast representative.

Nauen laughing. They talked through the wee hours of the morning. Until 4am. Which Taemin won't ever say to Key. Or else Key will nag until they reach Korea.

The next morning. Taemin remembered that Jongin send a message. He browses his phone for that message. His Face turns dark upon reading the message.

Message from Jongin.

Taemin, after the event when I gave Nauen the rosary bracelet. There was a bouquet of flowers waiting for her in their room. I asked around and it's from MyungSoo Sunbae of Infinite. Taemin's face darkens. He reminded himself what Nauen said.
