If Life Gave Me Lemons

If life gave me lemons,
I'd make a lemon tart.
Not from the soul,
But one from my heart.
To unleash my emotions into the world,
Feelings so strong the atmosphere quakes.
The wind would peak causing a whirl,
And the ground to shake.
So why a lemon tart?
Why is it from my heart?
Why does it cause the world to teeter?
Cause the highest points on the earthquake meter?
Well, let me tell you a secret then.
You must be focused and quiet,
But most of all listen.
I can't cook.
I can't bake.
I cause natural disasters in the kitchen,
So are you glad you stay tuned to listen?
