This story takes place in a divided city. A hundred years ago, beast came to the city, a reeked havoc on it. After the war, the hostile beasts were forced back to where they came from, the passive ones were either living on the streets, or with an adoptive family. It's has been getting better for the beasts, there's less exclusion, less discrimination, and they can go to school now, but some people still hate them.
Ways to tell if someone is a beast:
Ears, a beast's ears are abnormal and come in many shapes and sizes.
DNA, a beasts DNA is always different than a human's.
Body Parts, this doesn't apply to all beasts, but some beasts have different body parts than humans, like a tail or wings.
