The stars shine,
And our hearts intertwine,
In an endless pattern,
With lots of bumps and dips.
Some stars burn out,
Others flicker away,
But the ones above us twinkle,
And shine, brightly.
We are truly equals,
In the eyes of the stars,
Shining above me, and you.
