This poem is about a book I've read today, and it is written from the Main character's point of view, Aron, it is called "see her, 4 days till publishing" by@JaneConquestBackup. If you want to read it, it is only gonna be on wattpad for a couple more days before it goes for sail on amazon this Saturday. I would definitely recommend you read it, before you read this poem because there might be some spoilers. Thanks.

When you first walked into my ice cream shop,
My world, went to a complete stop,
With your hair of purple,
And your infectious attitude,
I was immediately attracted to you.

I was sure you'd be the one,
And to be around you, was so much fun,
Your smile and your laugh,
Made me feel comfortable around you.

I was certain you'd be true,
So I gambled and asked you,
To date me,
And when you said yes,
My heart, was a mess.

I felt feelings of love for you,
But it soon became clear,
You couldn't be true.

All of your never ending lies,
Combined with your "I apologize,"
Made me believe that we still had a chance,
But you had other plans.

Then I found out about your addiction,
And it caused me so much affliction.
I tried to help you, to save you,
But you were beyond repair,
And lost out there,
With all your lies,
But I'd of never guessed them, just looking into your eyes.

I was clearly in love with you,
And you were unable to be true.
You promised you'd try to come clean,
And that lasted less than a week.
At my homecoming football game,
You kept your word, and came,
But at half-time,
You took my car and left,
And that was the last I'd heard of you,
But even after the game was through,
I still had some hope,
That you wouldn't go back to dope,
But I guess I'll never know,
Because away, ou had to go.

I'll never forget the words your sister said,
After the game when I went and sat beside her,
"You know she's not coming back, right?",
Of course I knew it,
But I wouldn't admit it.

Overtime,
I began to accept,
That you had deceived me,
And that you,
Wer never, ever true,
But that was alright,
Because I found a love that, was so right.

Your sister finally came out of her shell,
That she had cocooned herself inside,
Ever since that incident,
Four sorrowful years ago,
She finally let her colors show.

I never heard from you again,
But I knew I'd be alright,
Fore with your sister by my side,
And the incredible story, she had inside,
Of her black, yellow and blue notebooks,
It didn't matter about her looks,
Though she was beautiful,
It didn't matter to me,
Because I found someone who loved me,
And understood me,
And I understood her.

And still,
We're together,
With hopes you will some day return,
Or at least send a letter,
Because I still miss you,
But I found someone better now,
I found, my soulmate.

Well, this is not what I usually write, but I really like the messy way that it came out. And yes, I guess it is sort of a fanfiction poem, maybe? Lol...it is from the MC"S" POV though...does that count? I tried to put the message of the book in this poem, as well as make my version of the mai character feel the emotions that I felt while reading that book today. But I don't think I pulled it off very well, even though the poem is over 450 words!! Anyway...What do you think about it?
