Rainbow Dash's POV

I'm not sure if it would change everything what is happening right now, but I'm not sure if I'm really willing to do it.

Call me stupid because I finally realized what these feelings meant, thanks to Spitfire.

I kinda like... Soarin...

I guess ever since that movie, I've liked him. Yes, I'm just too stupid to realize it earlier.

And as I was saying earlier, if I had accepted Soarin's confession, maybe he wouldn't be a player right now. But, I guess my reputation will also be ruined and I don't want that happening.

I haven't told my friends about it yet, I'm not yet ready to admit to them. Besides, I don't want them telling Soarin that I have a slight crush in him.

...

Alright! I admit it! I do have a huge crush on him. That's the reason why I hide it from the others. The only person who knows about this is Spitfire. I don't trust the others that much though since they revealed 2 of my secrets before but I'm glad that it didn't spread throughout the entire school. I trust them but not in keeping secrets. Especially Applejack and Pinkie Pie. Mostly Applejack, being the element of honesty.

I don't know what to do. I want these feelings to go away but it just won't. I don't want to like a player.

"Dashie!!" I heard Pinkie yell in ear.

"Ow! Pinkie!" I yell, covering my ear.

"Sorry. But you spaced out a little bit. What were you thinking?" she smiled.

"Nothing."

"My pinkie sense is telling me that you're thinking about Soarin."

"I-I have no idea what you're about!" I said, crossing my arms. That pinkie sense of hers always invades my privacy.

"You're blushing, Rainbow," Applejack chuckled.

"No, I'm not!"

"Why were you thinking about him, darling?" Rarity asked, smirking a little.

"I-I wasn't thinking about him!" I stuttered, covering my blushing face with my hair. Keep a hold of yourself, Dash!

"Come on, Dashie! Or we're gonna have to use Sunset's magic on you~" Pinkie said, smiling mischieviously.

"Sorry, but I don't think you'll be able to catch me," I smirked. They pouted and gave me those puppy eyes.

"Please tell us, Dashie!" they said. "We won't tell anyone, we promise. Pleeeeaaassee?" Goodness, they sound like children. Good thing those puppy eyes don't faze me. Well, except for one person. I looked at those familiar blue-green eyes. Those eyes always torture me in these kinds of situations. Ever since we became friends, she always kills me with those eyes. Even her stare is a bit scary. I hate your eyes, Fluttershy. Hey, that ain't true okay?

"Alright, fine! Yes! I was thinking about him!" I yelled out in embarrassment as my cheeks flushed in a darker red shade.

"Oh my goodness, darling!" Rarity squealed. "I never thought you would admit it! Why were you thinking about him?"

"It's just... something I've been keeping from you guys..." I mumbled, hoping they wouldn't hear me. Unfortunately, they heard.

"How long have you been keeping it?" Twilight asked.

"A few days ago, I guess..."

"Would you like to explain?" Sunset asked excitedly.

I hesitated as I bit my lip. I really didn't want to tell them yet. I looked down and said in the quietest voice possible. "I... like Soarin." I wish I have Fluttershy's voice right now.
