update on me lols + trigger warning bc im gonna talk abt my eating habits. not sure if u guys mind it everytime i get all personal and shit here (hopefully u don't get annoyed lmao i mean you can always just not read it if im annoying you) but here i ammmm.

i had a bit of a massive relapse back into really restrictive dieting?? for the past four days, i've had around 200-600 calories a day by skipping breakfast and lunch and only eating when my parents are around lmao. and now i get so hungry that i feel nauseated (ironic) but i just don't want to eat ashdjdkd. and theN i also obsessively exercise after eating and my whole body is literally sore oml. i've lost four pounds in four days and as awful as this sounds, the weight loss makes me want to keep going (yikes lol).

overall, i have no energy and i'm constantly hungry lmao. like today, i ate oatmeal after school and then had some chicken and sushi at dinnertime, then burned off 100 calories and took a cold shower, and now i'm laying in bed feeling super hungry fml. but at the same time i'm happy that i managed to eat so little (at least by my standards atm, since i've spent a month or two eating normally).

anyways i'm a huge ass mess rn and this is the most i can give you in terms of an update lol. i'll take a break from writing -- honestly writing about fasting and starving and purging isn't going to help my eating habits, so hopefully i'll be able to get back to normal eating soon !!
