Breathe,
In and out
Take things slow
There's so much around.
Look,
And observe
Life is beautiful
In shades of green and brown.
Hear,
Not what they say
But your heart and its beats
Because it knows what you need.
Speak,
Less but more
Through your words
You can conquer the world.
Feel,
The wind
The raindrops
And the blood cascading down your arms.
Love,
Wildly, strongly
Every little thing
That you see;
The flowers in bloom, the chirping little birds, the autumn leaves crunching beneath your feet,
And yourself, the most.
Life is worth living,
You are worth living your body.
Your flaws, embrace them,
Because inside out,
You are full of life,
You are beautiful.
