I walked into Sam and Colbys house.
"SAMMMMY BOYYYY" I yelled as I saw him. Sam looked like he didn't know what to do.
"Sam?", "What's wrong?" I asked, "Colby" Sam replied.
I dropped my bad and ran upstairs to Colby's room.
His door was locked and he was sobbing, I could hear him.
"Colby, i-" I said and the door was opened and I was engulfed in a hug. Colby was crying on my shoulder.
"Colby come on" I said taking his hand and leading him to his bed, as we sat.
I laid down and Colby laid down hugging me, crying on my shoulder again.

"What happened" I asked after 10 minutes of Colby crying, "My mom and dad got into a car crash and I don't know if their alive or not" Colby cried even harder.
"It's gonna be okay" I said stroking Colby's cheek with my thumb.
Colby fell asleep hugging me.
"It will be fine" I whispered to Colby and kissed his forehead.
