This was a fun challenge! I actually had a hard time figuring out what I was going to create that involved horns, complementing colors, mask, tattoo, body scar, cat, glorify gore, and paint.

Pastel, the teenage boy with the horns and mask (to prevent breathing in harmful chemicals.) is using spray paint to create a portrait of Willow Yanagi Utsukushi-sa, a famous teenage actress who sadly committed suicide. She had a tendency to cut her arm hence the scars on her arm. She has a tattoo of her name on her left shoulder. The gory cat made of the complementing colors green and red was her pet until she past.
