For @Serious_Sigherra art contest. My first idea was to do a pinup ballerina however, as you can tell this turned into something completely different. I incorporated my OC, Senpai Chaton into this project. The title "Detective comics" is derived from the Batman Comics. The dots are a technique used to make different colors in older comics since printers could only print certain amount of colors back then. That made me sound a lot older then I am. Oh, whale. *insert whale noise here, if you wish*
The bar code is probably my favorite part even know the lines aren't quite even. The numbers actually have meaning. I was extra and googled bar code creator and found one that let me type in numbers. I typed 142020110243 which means 1/4/2020 11:03 24. The date, time, and one of my favorite numbers. I know technically 2 and 3 are in the wrong places but I realized it after I was almost done so didn't bother fixing it.
