"Why do you have so many books Steph?" You questioned looking at all of the book titles in front of you.
"Because I like to read, and my name is Stephen." He answered bluntly with no emotion in his voice.
"I was just asking there was no need to be so rude about it, and sorry I'm just used to giving nicknames." You whispered softly as you were scared of his reaction.
"Sorry, so do you read." He apologised looking down at his feet.
"Yeah I like Shakespeare, Nicholas Sparks, history books, I'll read anything really but their some of my favourites." You said gazing at all of his books once again seeing a lot of the same books as you just described.
"Really there some of my favourites too, maybe not Nicholas Sparks but the rest of them are amazing." He said happily finally finding a topic that you both agree on.
