Made it on time! And right on Harry's birthday (well at least in my hemisphere) Get on with the story!
Great hall, the next day
Harry and Hermione felt uneasy, they had a feeling everybody was looking at them, judging them even. Even Constellation and Noir felt uneasy as they walked close to them, but for a different reason.
After what felt like eternity Harry and Hermione sat on their spots on the Gryffindor table. Constellation flew out of Harry's inner pocket while Noir sat next to him trying to cheer the two teens up.
"Hey kid," called Sirius as he put his paw on Harry's shoulder "relax it's gonna be alright-you'll see"
"Of coarse, you aren't the one about whose the whole school is probably talking about, so things are deftly going to be okey" Harry replied sarcastically
"Basically, since we both are wanted convicts, we did turn into the daily basis conversation among youngsters- so I think you should choose a better argument" not forcing anyone to wait his clever reply, said Bruce as he sat on Sirius' head
Harry shook his head and rolled his eyes good naturedly, as he petted their heads
"Hey, how are you hanging in there?" said Draco as he grabbed a spot in front of Hermione
"Not so well" said Harry and Hermione in unison as both of them, including Nior and Constellation, gave Draco a 'what else did you expect?' look.
"Yeah...sorry" said Draco as he scratched his head
Hermione and Harry looked down at their plates yesterday's events still fresh in their heads
Yesterday
As Hermione Draco and Harry made their way to the Great Hall with their two animal companions behind them they couldn't help but catch some hated and even saddened glances in their direction. Some even pushed them aside roughly with angered grumbles.
"Alright, what did we do this time?" asked Hermione rubbing her arm after being pushed for the umpteenth time
"You are asking me that?" said Draco as he did the same
"Last time people acted such a way was when they thought I was the heir of Slytherin" said Harry as he rubbed his head, Noir and Constellation gave him a questioning look, noticing that he whispered "I'll tell you later"
When the three friends looked up they saw the Weasley twins heading into their direction
"Hey Harry" they both greeted at the same time non of them as cheerful as they usually were
"Hey guys, what wrong?" asked Harry as he saw their glum expression
The twins looked at each other and said "Look, Harry" "all we want to say is that we" "will be alway on your side"
Harry looked at the twins questioningly and then at Hermione and Draco
"Look I don't know what's on your minds" began Hermione as came from behind Harry "but if it's another one of your jokes I-"
"And you Herms better leave Harry alone" interrupted Fred
"Yeah can't you realize Harry is not interest in you? Move on, for yours and Harry's sake"
"What are you talking about?" asked Harry completely confused and outraged from the way the twins were speaking to Hermione
"You don't need to hide it anymore, Harry" said George
