Lost and Found

Forever is a long time

She didn't know how long she was asleep but when she looked outside the window it was darker than before.
"Morning." She heard a familiar voice say. She felt she was laying on something really warm, then she remembered the events of earlier. She nuzzled into his chest to take in his warmth.
"Morning." She mumbled. He ran his fingers through her silk violet hair.
"What time is it?" She asked while yawning.
"It's like eight or nine."
"Where's everybody else? Robin usually as a team meeting."
"Well after the last meeting I guess he decided to lay off today."
She looked at the Tv and saw he was watching Animal Planet and she laughed softly.
"This was mine and my mom's favorite show when I was a kid." He said and she saw his face light up. "I mean it doesn't really impress me now because of my powers but it brings back a lot of memories." She saw his face turn into a sad expression and she gave him a tight squeeze.
"My parents would have loved you, I know they would." He grinned at her.
"And why is that?"
"Because I was always a goofy, stupid kid and they would know you would keep me in line." They both laughed. She found herself looking into his beautiful green eyes again and she felt the warm feeling in her stomach and the heat rush to her cheeks.
"You're so cute!" He said kissing her.
"Now do you want something to eat? Cause I'm starving." He said pulling the covers off of them to get up. He walked over to the closet to grab something to wear other than his uniform.
"Sure." She blushed knowing she still wasn't wearing anything and neither was he.
She grabbed her uniform and got dressed.
"Hey I'm gonna go to my room to get something other than this to wear. I'll see you in the kitchen." She slowly opened his door and walked down the hallway. On the way to her room she was stopped by Starfire.
"Friend Raven!"
"Hi Starfire." She mumbled quietly.
"I have been meaning to ask you a question. I was wondering if you would like to journey to the mall of shopping this evening with me! I believe it is called a girls trip." She smiled sweetly.
"I uh..."
"It is okay if you want to decline, I just wanted to do the catching up with you." She grew a sad look and started to walk away.
"Starfire I would love to. Can I just have a few minutes to get ready?" Starfire's face lit up.
"Of course!"
