Raven and Beastboy went to the kitchen and ate. After that they went to the roof of the tower. It was still early morning.
"Man, this view will never get old." His puppy dog eyes looked out into the distance.
"No I don't think it will."
"The view I saw earlier will never get old." She elbowed his rib.
"Ow, sorry." He pouted with his arms crossed.
"What a dork." She thought before giving him a peck on the cheek.
"I love you, you little goblin." Her grin could make the darkest place in the world shine.
"I love you too." He placed his hand on her thigh and placed his lips on hers.
They let this kiss dive them into a fairytale. They never wanted this story to end. But, this story wasn't all happy and magical. This story was two broken people and their only cure was being together.
He pulled away and rested his nose on hers and just got lost in her eyes. Those deep, violet eyes.
"You're so beautiful Raven." He locked his fingers with hers. She placed her hand under his shirt and rubbed the scar along his stomach softly.
"We will get through this."
"We will."
"Together?" He held his pinky out.
"Together."
