Chapter 8

We went to sleep, later that night, we woke up to the sudden noise of a huge bang.

"Minji, did you hear that?"

"Uhuh."

Then after a couple seconds we hear the bang again.

Then again.

Again.
Again.
Again.

"I'll go see what it is." I said.

"I'll come with you."

"No, stay here."

"Please? I wanna com-"

"Stay. Here."

I went to the living room, I checked outside the windows to see if there was anything since I have a street light in front of my house. I couldn't see anything.

I then, slowly opened the door to head outside. The banging still continued.

I was close to the sound when I heard a man's voice. I turned to look to see Kiwook standing in front of me.

"Kiwook? What are you doing here in our neighborhood? I asked, a little worried.

"I moved here, didn't you hear about that?" He said.

I shook my head.

"Oh."

"Yeah, you woke me and my friend up." I said.

"So sorry, I was doing something." He said.

"It's fine."

"I'll be going in now, bye," I said waving at him.

I head back in my house. Now I'm fully awake and I probably can't go to sleep again. I guess I'll just wait until Minji wakes up.

I'm still a little tired, I didn't get enough sleep. I hope I don't doze off during the shoot..

I sit on the couch, turn on the TV.

Minji comes out of the room.

"What are you doing watching TV in the middle of the night?" She asked.

"I couldn't sleep anymore.." I said. "What time is it?"

"I dunno. I'll check." Said Minji heading back into her room to grab her phone. She comes back out, and turned it on.

"Shit! Too bright! Too bright!" Minji whined as she dropped the phone.

"You're fine." I said.

As Minji dropped the phone, it was facing up, giving me clear access to see the time.

4:52 in the morning?!

My eyes widened.

Seriously?

"It's 4:52," I said.

"Oh." Minji replied.

I suddenly receive a message from Yoongi,

Yoongi: Hey, can you guys come over quickly?

Me: What for?

Yoongi: I need a little help with something.

Me: Sure.. We'll be there in a bit.

"Minji, Yoongi needs help with something. He wants us to go over." I said grabbing the keys.

"Wait what? Right now?" Said Minji.

"Yes, now get your shoes on and go get in the car." I said,

"Jeez, okay." Said Minji getting her shoes on.

I went in my room to put my slippers on, I grabbed our phones, and headed out to the car. Right away, we drove off.

Wait, shit. What's the address?

"Damn it." I said.

"..You don't know where you're going, don't you." Said Minji.

I shook my head.

I message Yoongi.

Me: Address?

He immediately responds with the address. We head there.

After some time we get there.
We pulled up by a nice, big house.
It wasn't a mansion. It was a big, nice house.

We knock on the door.

I didn't expect her to be here.. nor answer the door..
