Beys POV
Annie's house
I pulled up to Annie's house then got out and knocked on the door. A couple seconds later Annie came to the door. Me and her have grown close too over the last couple of months. She's like my little sister.
"Hey bey!" She said pulling me into a hug and I hugged her back.
"Hey sis." I said as she let me walk in. "Where is jay and Mina?" I asked and she showed me where they were. Jay was rocking Mina and talking to her in their room. I washed my hands then went back into her room
"Hey baby." I said and jay turned around alarmed then when he saw me he smiled
"Hey bey." He said then kissed me on the lips. I took Mina from him and she was still wide awake
"Hey aunties baby!" I said in a baby voice as I rocked her and she smiled. "Your so cute!" I said and she laughed. I rocked her until she fell asleep then I kissed her little forehead then put her in the crib.
"You ready to go?"I asked and he nodded and we went downstairs, he grabbed his things and we both said bye to Annie.
We got into the car and drove to her house and when we were in the drive way I parked the car then cut it off and turned towards jay. He had his hand on my thigh I grabbed his hand and brought it up to my lips and kissed it and he turned towards me.
"Jay, don't be nervous. She's really nice, this isn't my real mom and you know that but she raised me since I was 15 so she's my mom. Just I don't know, I'm scared. This is the first time I've ever introduced anybody to my mom. Im sorry I didn't tell you before but your the first man I've ever willingly been with. If you want to leave now go ahead but-
I was cut off by him kissing me.
"Baby, it's okay. I kinda figured that earlier, and that's fine with me. Your rambling and scared by everything is going to be okay." He said then kissed my hand, my forehead then my lips. "Okay?" He asked and I nodded. "Use your words babygirl." He said to make sure I was serious
"Okay, everything is going to be okay." I said more to myself. I don't know why I was all of a sudden so nervous. He got out the car and I waited till he opened my door because if I didn't he'd get mad. Then I got out with his help. When my feet hit the ground from hopping out of his truck he pecked my lips. And grabbed my hand. We walked up to the door and I unlocked it and brought him in.
Then we walking into the kitchen where I saw my mom warming up all the food she made earlier. I cleared my throat and she turned her head towards me. Then she looked at jay who was standing behind me and smiled
"Hello, I'm beys mom Venessa, but you can call me Momma Or what ever makes you comfortable. So your Shawn right?" She asked and he nodded and smiled
"Yes ma'am, it's a pleasure meeting you." He said sticking his hand out for her to shake and she smacked it and pulled him into a hug
"Nice to meet you too, y'all go ahead and make your plates I'll be right back." She said then went upstairs, we fixed our plates and sat them on the table and i fixed my moms since I already knew what she wanted. She still wasn't down yet and jay was leaning against the island in the middle of the kitchen. I walked up to him and wrapped my arms around his torso looking up at him. He looked down at me and slid his hands down to my but and gave it a good squeeze before placing them on my back.
"I want to talk to you about somethin after this, we can go to my house or your house, you choose." He said and I pecked his lips
"We can go to your house, I haven't been there in a while." I said then he said okay, we herd footsteps getting close and we separated and sat down. My mom came downstairs and sat down in front of us. Said grace then We started off with small talk, her getting to know simple things about him and his family. Laughter here and there, but over all he was doing good and it seemed like my mom liked him. Then she started getting crazy with the questions
"So bey, jay. Last question then I'm going to bed." She said and we gave her our attention. "Are y'all having sex?" Our eyes popped out of our heads and we looked at each other and laughed
"No momma, we're not having sex. Dang You nosy." I said and she laughed and shrugged
"Good, well I'll see y'all later. You should come back so you can meet Brandon. But drive home safely." She said yawning then giving both of us a hug and walking up the steps. She stopped midway. "Oh Bey, I totally forgot, before you go can you do the dishes? Okay thanks goodnight y'all." She said with out letting me answer and I shook my head while jay laughed
"I just knew she was gone do that shit." I said then got up and started putting thing away. Then I started on the dishes and jay helped and we talked about him meeting her, I'm glad he did because we were done so much faster. And as soon as we were done we dipped.
We went to his house and chilled in his bed. I had on nothing but one of his t-shirts And panties. And he had on just boxers. He was rubbing my thighs as I mindlessly talked to him. And he mindlessly talked back. Then he said he had something to ask me and I told him to go ahead and ask
"Well, we've been dating for a while and I really really like you a lot. I don't really know how to ask so imma just be straight forward with it. Bey.." he said grabbing my hands and I smiled knowing what he was about to ask. "Will you be my girlfriend?" He asked and I tackled them straddled him kissing all over his face and lips.
"Yes baby yes." I said and he smiled and flipped me around to where he was on top and kissed all over my face. "Okay okay!" I said and we calmed down with him still hovering me. "This means I have to be more honest and open with you, right? Because I think I'm ready to tell you." I said and
"Yeah baby, I'll be here for you, tell me anything you want to tell me." He said then kissed my lips then sitting up straight next to me. I looked around then down at my hands, I trusted jay so I wanted to tell him. But I was kinda scared
