Beys POV
"What happened baby?" He asked and I sighed
"I think My dad is out."
I whispered under my breath and looked at my hands. I felt my eyes watering and I let out a shaky breath which lead to a couple of tears falling down my face.
Then before jay could come comfort me I shook my head and stood up. I went to the house phone and called the security at the gate. I told him not to let a man by the name of Mathew Knowels in if he came.
Then I turned around to go back to the bed room to call my mom. And I accidentally bumped into jay's firm chest. He tenderly grabbed my shoulders and rubbed his hands up and down my arms while I looked up at him.
"Baby, calm down and breath. I told you I wouldn't let anything happen to you, and our kids. Your safe alright?" He said looking into my eyes. I let out a deep breath and relaxed my body.
"You good?" He asked and I shrugged. He wrapped his arms around me and I rested and nestled my body against him. He kissed my forehead and I calmed down even more.
"I'm scared, but at the same time I want to see him." I said timidly burying my face in his chest.
"Okay baby, it's okay. I'll be there the whole time. You can talk it out with him, be mad at him forever, or kill him and if still be there every step of the way." He said seriously and I chuckled a little bit
"Thank you." I said looking up at him. He looked down at me and kissed my cheek
"Thank you for accepting all my flaws, helping me embrace my sexuality, helping me face all my fears, stepping out of my comfort zone. Just thank you." I said squeezing him tight then I heard the alarm go off telling us that the front door was open.
I knew it was ky and Ryan so I rushed to the door with jay hot on my trail. As soon as I saw them I sighed in relief they didn't look shaken up or anything.
"Y'all okay?" I asked and they said yes
"Momma who was that man?" He said going into the kitchen and sitting everyone's food down. I looked away from him and sighed
"Y'all go wash your hands firsts and come back and we'll all eat then I'll tell you." I said and jay and I went into the kitchen while they went into either of the bathrooms.
"You really gone tell him ?" Jay asked and I shrugged
"I guess so, but I'm not telling him what happened. I don't feel like going through that again, and although I can talk about it with out panicking or being emotionally unstable afterwards, I'd rather not go through that tonight. Plus Ryan is here and I don't need anything getting out of this house." I said and he nodded. And just then the kids walked in.
Ky made him and Ryan a plate and I made jay and I a plate. We all sat down and Ryan started a conversation about a different subject and asked us all types of questions which I loved.
"How did you two meet? And how long have y'all really been friends?" Jay asked while we we eating
"Welll." They both said then laughed at the same time which made me smile and jay chuckled
"We met in kindergarten, we used to go to the same school and he saw a boy picking on me so he came over and he stood up for me. Then he said something, that I didn't hear and I guess ky did and he beat him up. And until this day ky still won't tell me what he said, but I'm not that pressed about it." She said shrugging then looking at ky while he smiled at her. She chuckled and rolled her eyes playfully
"But ever since then we've been attached at the hip, we've been best friends ever since. And as soon as our moms met and started setting up play dates and outings we got even closer. He was like my other half . He will always be my other half." She said looking at her food then back up at us and ky just looked at her like he was just so sprung.
It was cute
"Yeahh, then she moved to a different school with better opportunities and I stayed there and we kind of lost contact. I was miserable with out her, she's the one that kept me out of trouble." Ky said while Ryan nodded and laughed
"Yeah, remember that one time we broke up because you said I couldn't have no other friends besides you." Ky said and she rolled her eyes then laughed
"I said no other girl- friends. Girls that are friends. You know what I mean. I don't care about your little boy- friends." She said and I laughed cause this girl really had him sprung
"Yeah yeah yeah, she was just jealous I was hanging out with other girls and all my attention wasn't on her. That's when I knew she liked me, and as soon as she started hanging out with other boys at the time and I got jealous I just knew we were going to be together eventually." Ky said and Ryan laughed
"He beat up every body that broke my heart and I did the same for him, even though we've only been in a couple of relationships we're really protective over each other. I'm so happy we reunited in Highschool. Even though we still talked we weren't as close as we used to be since everything was going on." She said and I nodded
"Speaking over everything that's been going on, who was that man claiming he was my granddad?" Ky asked and I sighed and looked at jay. He looked back down at me then looked at Kyre
"He's my dad, but I haven't talked to him in almost 12 years. He just got out of prison and I don't want him anywhere around you unless I'm there or I say it's okay. Do not try and contact him and if he tries to contact you let me know. And please be safe and aware of your surroundings at all times." I said and he nodded still looking confused
"Why did he go to prison?" He asked and I sighed
"For rape, sexual assault, and physical assault. And a couple of other things that added on. But he's out on good behavior from what I've heard. He had 10–29 years just because he had connections, he should've gotten life but what ever." I said shaking my head
"Ryan, you spending the night?" I asked quickly so no one would ask any other questions she nodded
"Okay let me show you where the room you'll be staying in, after we eat of course." I said
"Okay, thank you for letting me spend the night." She said sweetly
"No problem honey, your family now."
After we were done eating, I showed Ryan her room and laid down the rules. If I caught either one of them trying to sneak into each other's room Im whooping ass first and asking questions later. I don't play that and ky knows I don't so I know he won't try me.
I made sure they were both good in separate rooms before I went of to my room. Jay was there laying down with his boxers on and his leg kicked up watching tv. While he wasn't paying attention I took everything but my panties off and threw on one of his tee shirts. Then I crawled up on the bed to him and rested myself comfortably in his embrace after he open his arms to me. He kissed my fore head then my cheek and I snuggled more into him.
I kissed his chest and rubbed my hand up and down it while I was closing my eyes.
"Goodnight baby." Jay said holding me tighter
He told me we would deal with everything else in the morning.
"Goodnight babe, I love you."
"I love you to bey." He said and I fell asleep right in his arms
