Kai was busy training when he saw out of the corner of his eye Lloyd looking at him. Kai stopped and looked back but, Lloyd turned away. Kai sighed sadly before he continued training.
"Hello, Kai." Master Wu greeted him.
"Hi Master Wu," Kai replied as he kicked the dummy.
"Is something, distracting you?" Master Wu inquired.
"Um... no," Kai lied.
Master Wu promptly smacked Kai in the head with his bow staff.
"Stop training and meet me in my room." Master Wu ordered before walking back inside.
Kai rubbed his head before following his mysterious Sensei begrudgingly.
Once inside his room, Master Wu sat down on a mat and urged Kai to do the same.
"So what do you need me for Sensei?" Kai questioned.
"Patience Kai, I will ask when I am ready. Though I know somethings troubling you." Master Wu said, pouring himself a cup of tea.
"Your gonna smack me again when I lie, right?" Kai asked.
"Correct," Master Wu replied while sipping his tea.
"Ok... ever since I saved Lloyd I couldn't stop thinking of him. I don't know why but, he's always on my mind." Kai confessed.
"Hm... how do you feel when he is talking to you?" Master Wu inquired.
"A little giddy and nervous, like I'm gonna say the wrong thing," Kai stated.
"Why do you feel this way? Isn't he just another brother to you?" Master Wu questioned further.
"I don't know why... he isn't like Zane, Cole, or Jay. I feel... happier when I'm around him." Kai emitted.
"Hmm... then why are you telling me this? Why don't you confront Lloyd with these revelations?" Master Wu asked.
"Um... I'm- wait, you're just trying to make me emit my feelings. Right?" Kai retorted, becoming his once hotheaded self once more.
"I'm not trying, your doing it of your own will." Master Wu answered.
"Touché Master, touché." Kai said.
"So will you tell Lloyd or not?" Master Wu asked, returning to his original question.
"I'll consult this with someone else then," Kai mumbled before leaving.
Once Kai left Master Wu shook his head in disappointment.
"You will be surprised at how much others know." Master Wu stated before beginning to meditate.
