I made it home after practice which made my legs sore by doing laps around the track and doing our drills today

As I opened the front door and I took off my shoes and went into the kitchen and seen my mom making a sandwich

" Hey mom " I said giving her a kiss

" Hey sweetie... I heard from dad today and he wants you to call him when you get the chance " She said cutting her sandwich

I nodded my head and went to the backyard and I got my phone and I called my dad

Hey dad

Hey sweetie I was trying to call you but I remember you had practice today

It's alright I wanted to call earlier but I knew you were busy with something

I will never be busy when I'm talking to you honey

Thanks dad ... so when are you coming back home ?

I will be home before you know it ... I miss you my princess

I was in my room with Melo doing our homework together on my bed and listening to music

J just kept thinking of my dad this whole time while studying I really missed him so much

" Hey what's wrong ? " LaMelo asked me

" Oh nothing I'm fine just tired that's all " I said to him messing with his cheek

" No ... their is something wrong and I wanna know so tell me " He says holding my hand looking at me

" It's just ... I want my dad to come home already that's all and I know if he doesn't that h-he " I just stopped talking and covered my face so he won't see my crying

He pulled me into a hug and just rubbed my back and I sobbed on him just feeling overwhelmed about this whole situation

" Hey it's gonna be ok ... I don't wanna see you like this I wanna see the funny and sassy Ciara that I first met " He says looking at me laughing

" Oh trust me she hasn't left and never will leave "

" That's what I like to hear ... not give me a kiss " He says smiling

I gave him a kiss and we just cuddled a little bit so I could calm down and we watched a movie until I fell asleep

I woke still seeing LaMelo sleeping so I just went to the bathroom and washed my face and I went downstairs to the kitchen and seen my mom making pancakes

" Hey mom "

" Hey is Melo still sleeping in ? " She asked me

" Yeah he is I thought he was gonna leave while I was asleep "

" He didn't wanna see you all depressed and upset I don't blame ... I'm happy that he stayed over " She says kissing my cheek

" I better wake him up ... he gonna hate me for this too " I said with a sneaky smile on my face

I went into the fridge and got whipped cream and a pan and put the cream in it and I went upstairs to see him still sleeping

I then when up to the bed quietly and I just screamed and I put the whipped cream on his face and I just started laughing

He just wiped some of it off of his face and came towards me saying " Oh is that funny ? "

" Yeah it sure is "

" Well this won't be funny now " He says smiling and laughing

He came towards me and pulled me towards him and gave me a kiss with whipped cream on my face too

" You look cute now " He says laughing

" You do too "

I just rolled my eyes and kisses him again
