Teaser 4 - "At The Bar"

"Oh he is a bore. I sneaked out of home tonight, he is out for some business meeting and will return only in the morning."

"Are you insane ?" Her friend shrieked. "It's not your home, it's your in-law's . You can't sneak out, you are married now!"

She frowned. " Whatever! Where are the others?'

Her friend shook her head , "Zoya, Richa are coming, Mahira has an important presentation at work tomorrow. Guess who else is coming.?"

"Who?" Anika narrowed her eyes.

"Hi Shivaay, where is your wife?" His friend asked, hugging him. He expected Shivaay to tag his new wife along. 

"She is not into hanging out and stuff. She liked staying at home." He said in a straight voice. 

'Oh, is she boring? " 

"Very. Arranged Marriage. What else do you expect?" He said casually looking around. The dancing people, the loud music, the scent of alcohol mixed with expensive perfumes just made him feel nice.

"Where are the boys? " he asked.

"None could make it. Job. You know!" 

Shivaay frowned. 

"But guess who is joining us today?"

Shivaay squeezed his eyes trying to make a guess, "who?"

The world could not get more smaller and the moment could not get more awkward.
